Graduated from Michigan Tech(72), Masters in BA from Colorado State University (96).
Moved to Westminster (a suburb of Denver) in 1980 and in 2011 we moved to Phoenix Area. Have worked for various computer companies and currently am retired. My wife (Mary Ellen Simpson, BHHS '70) and I travel frequently. We have five beautiful grandchildren. I volunteer in Mexico that builds small homes for the poor and performs maintenance for a small orphanage.

I am shocked and deeply saddened by this news.  I just talked to her earlier this year.  She and I have kept in touch all these years - about every three months, and we update each other about our lives.  She supported my work at an orphanage in Mexico and was a very friendly and giving person.  I will miss your distinctive voice and laughter and, of course, our 50-year friendship.  Rest in Peace with Jesus my dear Hennie!
